Russells announces a change in leadership.

From Monday 14 July 2025, Millie Russell will assume the role of Managing Partner, succeeding Stephen Russell.

Millie is dedicated to the firm’s continued success and is committed to its core values.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Stephen for his visionary leadership as Managing Partner since 1993.  Stephen continues with the firm as Founding Partner and Team Leader of his current team and looks forward to continuing to work with the firm’s clients.

We are excited for the future with Millie as the firm’s newly appointed Managing Partner.
