Tom Nevin is a litigation specialist with over 15 years’ experience in a broad variety of complex commercial litigation and disputes throughout Australia and internationally.
Tom qualified in Australia (Queensland) in 2008 and in England and Wales in 2019. Tom has worked in private practice at various Australian leading and top tier litigation practices, as well as in the UK at UK and international firms, and in-house at various large companies and organisations.
Tom has a broad commercial disputes practice which includes commercial and contractual disputes, insolvency disputes, restructuring, investigations, director and shareholder disputes and international arbitrations.
